How bending process works
 

At our facility, we harness the power of press brake technology to expertly contour sheet metal. Our press brake technology delivers precision sheet metal bending through a combination of accurate alignment and controlled force application, adeptly transforming metal into tailored shapes with angles and bends that meet the demands of steel up to each common thickness. Normally, we first calculate the design parameters, then set up the press brake and align the part, finally engage the press brake to complete one bend process.
We've also expanded our capabilities with rotary and roll bending machines, adept at handling a variety of bend radii and the creation of complex shapes, ensuring our bending services meet a wide array of manufacturing needs.
